Our journey

In September 2022, Espria was launched, bringing together Mode Solutions and eacs to deliver a fully integrated managed services offering. Together, we are now able to offer UK businesses a broad range of services covering Managed IT, Communications and Document Management. Espria now boasts 3 UK sites (Ware, St Ives & Southampton), a combined headcount of over 130 and a core customer base of almost 3,000 businesses.

Mode Solutions to Espria 

Established in 1995, Mode Solutions began as an innovative provider of Document Management Solutions, diversifying in December 2019 through the acquisition of Nix Communications to incorporate Unified Communications and network services.

eacs to Espria

eacs started business in a garage in 1994, and after a number of acquisitions, became the mid-market experts in the delivery of IT services with over 2,500 customers across the UK and more than 120 staff.
