What is Project Management as a Service?

Project Management as a Service, or PMaaS, is a flexible service that enables companies to outsource project management to a third party, who then deploy the resources best suited to the project’s needs.

PMaaS is an alternative to managing the project in-house, thus mitigating a number of risks, including the time and expenditure needed to recruit project managers with the right expertise, particularly when weighed against the often-short duration of the project rollout.
